"Exceptional"
The apartment is very spacious with lots of chairs and couch to rest on. There is a balcony too which provides a great view of the neighborhood. There is a great and inexpensive canteen right downstairs from the apartment where people working in the neighborhood buildings have lunch. There is also a supermarket right downstairs for food and supplies. Across the street are a couple of small pastry stalls and a coffee stall. All in all it is a highly efficient neighborhood and everything is at your fingertips. Its ideally located and just 300 m away from PACII metro station. The reception staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in at 12:00 instead of 15:00. The building is located in an industrial park and has a youthful and vibrant vibe.

Location is very well connected to the city centre by metro. Apartment was spacious and clean. Reception experience was great and available 24/7.

Everything was super but the best was the staff at reception, very welcoming and very hospitable. The room was very good and clean as well. Long story short My New year break was worth it here in West gate studio

Amazing staff, very understanding and always willing to support. They do their best to accommodate all your needs. Room is big, warm and clean. Parking space is provided also. Location is near to a subway station with direct line to the city center. You have shops and restaurants nearby. It is our forth time here. Everything was perfect, as usual!

The room was roomy, very clean and the layout was nice, with a separate partition for the kitchen area. The location is part of a complex with a grocery store, cantina and even a pool.

Very clean, comfortable. Front desk is working 24/7. Every day the room was cleaned by the stuff, including new towels. Local supermarket and small restaurant at the site.

Welcoming staff, from the barrier entrance until check-in. Excellent quality/price ratio. Very helpful AC. Clean and comfortable, maybe a bit updated, but overall it's great.
